Manager - Sales - Metal Cutting Business (8-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Recruit customers by providing the Value Proposition based upon Liquid Tool. Conduct Tests and demonstrate the added values
- Retain customers by implementing Retention Management. Increase share of wallet
- Work on Vital Parameters execution
- Handle commercials, overdue management, etc.
- CRM usage for handling customers life cycle
- Initiatives to strengthen Brand Positioning in the market @ customers
- Work with Industrial Partners (MTB / CTM) to strengthen collaboration for providing better solutions to customers and grow the business
- Provide value adding services to customers
- Complaints handling in accounts
- Development of the territory and market share
- Develop long-term customer loyalty and enthusiastic customers
- Direct and Indirect business (handling of Business Partners - training and developing the market)

Desired Candidate Profile :
- Education in Engineering (BE / B Tech Mechanical/ Production )
- Experience of selling / application of cutting tools / applications / Machine tools / Grinding wheels OR in metal cutting industry (Production / engineering departments)
- Excellent command on written and spoken English, spoken regional language
- Good interpersonal skills, team player
- Good handling of MS Office. Experience in CRM
- More than 8 years experience
