Manager - Sales - Medical Device (4-10 yrs)
Manager - Sales - Medical Device - (Vascular, interventional radiology and general surgery)
Profile :
- Full ownership for maximizing sales of the designated product range
- Ensuring market penetration with the existing business, as well as actively pursuing new customers and developing new opportunities
- Regular involvement in case planning and case support in the cath lab/operation theatre
- Responsible for imparting product knowledge to customers
- Responsible for driving local marketing initiatives
Skills & Experience :
- Proven sales background, with a minimum of 4 years in the medical device sales arena
- Qualification in sales/marketing
- Degree education is a must - preferably in a science, technical or clinical discipline
- Understanding of surgical and interventional procedures and terminology is preferred
- Ability to absorb and impart technical information
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point
Personal Qualities :
- Passionate and highly motivated to work in the healthcare industry
- Presentable with excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills
- Ability to deal across all levels of the industry from hospital purchasers, nurses to surgeons

- Ability to participate effectively as a team member
- Willing to travel
- Ability to work under pressure, with minimal supervision and with tight deadlines
