Our Client originally developed at Chennai, the Headquarters of Tamil Nadu and operating through Pan India.

- Our Client has obtained the license in 2016, to carry out the standard Regenerative Medicine across the Country. Our Client aims to contribute in increasing various regenerative medicine products among public in India. We work at National level as the largest public oriented, evidence based distributor.

- All our products are FDA, CE and CDSCO (Central Drug Standard Control Organization) approved Medical Devices.

The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls

- Responsible for driving a sales team for generating and meeting sales objective of the region.

- To establish and monitor strong distribution network in the territory.

- Meeting planned sales goals.

- Setting individual sales target with the sales team.

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

- The ongoing training of your sales people.

- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

- Promoting the organization and products.

- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

- Visiting Hospitals and Doctors (Derma, Cosmetology, Plastic Surgeons, Ortho etc.) in person.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales (B2B) role, ideally within the Medical Devices industry.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling Medical related products, Capital Equipment or Consumables.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- Experience within Area Sales would be a strong advantage.

- Experience covering Industrial & Manufacturing is strong plus.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Southeast Asia.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.

- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.

- Good Market Knowledge.

- Good Career Record.

- Multi languages would be more advantage in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.

- Preferred candidate who can join us on immediate basis.
