Manager - Sales & Marketing - Synthetic Paper/Films & Labels Packaging (8-15 yrs)
1. To look after the sales & marketing team in Mumbai for YUPO business for all segments, IML, PS and General graphics. In future as a HOD of the Mumbai team.
2. To look after the sales of entire product portfolio of YUPO in all segments of the same.
2. To have continuous work and efforts for the new business segment development and sales.
3. To continuously think and innovate for proper branding/marketing activities of YUPO products.
4. To handle the Customer's Technical Queries in the relevant segment.
5. To have the exhaustive customer visits, introduction, price negotiations & technical talks about the relevant product sets.
6. To plan and organize the detailed visit plans of guests from YUPO Corporation, Japan.
7. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products in the specific segment or customer.
8. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results related to specific segments.
9. Follow ups Existing customers (All)
10. Taking New Projects & follow ups, Payment Follow ups, VEQ, Logistics Handling
11. Market Research & Competitor Activity (For all YUPO products & applications)
12. Collaboration with our consultant company for all communications and agreements therein.
13. Exploring Sales Channel, coordinating with packaging associations like LMAI, coordinate for relevant exhibitions and conferences related to packaging applications.
Key performance Indicator:
Overall performance related to above topics, organizational behavior, team skills, business generation and understanding of concepts. Adaptability to change, new key segments market analysis and research. In depth knowledge of packaging industry, prior experience from Indian Institute of Packing (IIP) will be added an advantage.
