Manager - Sales & Marketing - SME Segment (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing new business for the company and generating revenues and business volumes thereby meeting monthly & quarterly targets
- Maximize wallet share of the existing clients and facilitate review and renewal of existing limits
- Planning marketing initiatives based on the target segment and executing them with the support team
- Managing the entire Sales Lifecycle including Lead Generation, Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Deal Closure
- Acquiring knowledge of prospect and its products. Conducting wide and deep research on their business to be well prepared for client meetings
- Escalate in a timely manner on all developments with respect to the clients to superiors in business and credit
- Effectively communicating with confidence with key stakeholders in the client organization (CFO, Head- Receivable/ Accounts/ Finance etc.)
- Prepare and present to management periodic (weekly & monthly) budgets/sales forecast
- Identifying product improvements or new product opportunities based on industry trends, market activities and competitors
Profile Requirements :
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing & Finance
- Experience in B2B sales in SME segment is a must.
- Understanding of financial transactions
- Prior Exposure to domestic Supply Chain Finance / Trade Finance / Invoice Discounting products will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of generating sales
