The Job
You will be responsible for :
Client Acquisition : Identifying and prospecting potential clients or businesses interested in advertising or utilizing media services
Sales Presentations : Conducting sales pitches, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of media products or services
Negotiation and Closing Deals : Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts with clients to secure sales and meet revenue targets
Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service
Market Research : Staying updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor analysis to tailor sales strategies effectively
Reporting and Documentation : Maintaining accurate records, sales reports, and documentation of client interactions and sales activities
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications Education : A bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Sales Experience : Fresher's are welcome. Relevant experience in sales, particularly in media sales, advertising sales, or field sales roles
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with media platforms, advertising techniques, and market trends within the media and advertising industry
Key Attributes: Sales Skills : Strong sales acumen, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills to effectively sell media services or advertising space
Customer Relationship Management : Ability to build and maintain relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions
Target-Driven : Results-oriented mindset, ability to work towards and achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client demands, and industry trends
Networking Abilities : Good networking skills to establish connections and expand the client base within the industry.
