Manager - Sales & Marketing - Robotics (10-15 yrs)
Job responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing of Industrial Robots which includes MIG and Spot Welding Robots, Turnkey MIG welding Robotic Automation, Painting Robots & Ultrasonic welding Robotic Automation and Handling Robots for the handling of automotive parts.
- Sales of complete turnkey solution (Including pneumatic fixtures, turnkey robotic welding cells) with
MIG welding robots, ultrasonic welding cells and machines tending cells along with the robots.
- Looking after Two/Four wheeler automotive OEM- S (Hero MotoCorp Group, JBM/Neel Group, Victora Group, Asahi Glass Group, Badve Group, Motherson Group, Sona Group etc) and their tier -1 and tier 2 vendors for robotic automation.
- Establish new and maintain existing, long-term relationships with customers.
- Plan and travel to visit potential customers and prospects on weekly basis.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a robotic automation will meet customers and prospects needs.
- Make techno-commercial proposals as per customers requirement which includes robot as well as complete robotic cell & making of cost tracking sheet for individual customer to have a clear % profit for a project.
- Negotiate with the customers and prospects on proposals and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with customer, vendors, design and project team for smooth & successful execution of the projects.
- Support to marketing by participation in robots shows.
- Collection of payment as per PO terms and aggressively follows up for pending payments
