Manager - Sales & Marketing - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Understand the company objective and work in line with the objectives
- Responsible for lead generation
- Cold calling and reaching out to prospective customers and getting enquiries
- Conduct Market research
- Self-driven towards the goal and achieve the targets mentioned in the goal sheet
- Ability to work in a team and tend to obtain the objective with results.
- Maintain good relation with client
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the manager in developing marketing strategies
- Sales presentation to the clients for better clarity to them.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain a smooth flow of business.
- Follow up with the prospects thoroughly building client - company relationship which will lead to a long-lasting and fruitful business venture.
