Manager - Sales & Marketing - OEM (12-17 yrs)
We are hiring for Sales & marketing-Manager :
Job Description :
- Responsible for all commercial functions including sales, marketing, business development and customer support for assigned Customers or region & new customers. To support the company's marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth by developing short & long-term marketing plans.
- To develop & drive the pricing strategy of the company. Develop and implement the company's sales & BD strategy across defined customers. Execute benchmark, analyze results, and monitor the main KPIs.

- To penetrate deep into the customer organization through sustainable relationships. Coordinate project resources ensuring the achievement of goals (budget, time, results, etc.)
- Define sales plans and budget and share the actions required to achieve these targets.
- Collect, process, and distribute the data related to competitor's market shares and the expected and actual demand patterns.
- Interpret and define customer requirements, examine opportunities to acquire new market areas, recommending appropriate actions aimed at providing specialised products to meet market/customer requirements. Define communication and image strategy. Prepare Technology Day or product introduction campaign strategies.
- Will be responsible to lead the RFQ/RFI generation and response, expected to value add in the Business initiative to make it more competitive and at the same time more profitable.
- Pursue major prospects and lead in major negotiations constructing appropriate terms of sales in line with company policy.
- Will be responsible for the online Data related to Sales & Marketing of his assigned Area/Customers
Key Skills :
- Core tools Knowledge(SPC/MSA/PPAP/FMEA/APQP)
- Knowledge of SD Module in SAP
- Knowledge of Sales Force
