- We are Hiring for India's leading life insurance company.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Advice on branding, positioning, communication, and other marketing issues
- Train business associates and advisors
- Identify business opportunity and a close call
- Recruit Business associates and advisors
- Joint field work along with business associates and advisors to the source insurance policy
- Drive business submission and issuances
- Train Distribution on getting higher First right% submission
Desired Candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
Age : 22 to 37 years
- Proven work experience in sales and marketing of minimum 2 years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
