Experience :
- Banking & Finance Sales Occupations : 1 year
- Sales : 6 Month to 1 year
Total work : 1- 2 years (Preferred)
- Lead front line sales of the company's products and services, responsible for team handling and building advisor capacity in the branch, ensuring training requirements for all advisors are being met, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual business.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have more than 2 years of sales experience in life insurance / Agency Channel / Tied Channel / Alternate Channel.
- Should be Stable and should not be a frequent job changer.
- Excellent Influencing and Selling Skills.
- Should be a Good Performer.
Responsibilities :
- Researching and sourcing conceivable customers
- Building new customer connections and supporting the existing ones
- Regularly Visit different locations and briefing customers about new product launches and range
- Defining the technical features of a product to customers
- Attending and participating in product training and conferences
- Taking a note of the sales goals and achieving the same
