Manager - Sales/Marketing - Jewellery Manufacturer (1-10 yrs)

Candidate should have prior experience in Gems and Jewellery Industry. Marketing managers should be able to grow business across Pan India basis.
1. Lead all India sales programs throughout the country.
2. Work to maximize existing channel opportunities as well as recruit new channels and distributors to ensure entry into specific market segments and particular geographies, enabling the sale of new and existing products.
3. Achieving the annual sales targets for Jewellery and increase revenue through alternate distribution channel.
4. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
5. Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, or other services of sales.
6.Determine price schedules and discount rates.
7.Direct, coordinate and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping and in receiving and shipping operations.
8.Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products i.e. at exhibitions.
9.Confer with potential customers regarding Jewellery needs and advise customers on types of Jewellery trends to purchase.
10.Ensure hard core channel sales/wholesale sales in different regions.
11.To make a complete MIS report, viz areas and potentialities plans, competitor analysis etc.
12.Order making and placing of orders.
13.Dispatching of the stock sales Jewellery& the respective orders to billing.
14.To maintain zone wise data of customers hard/soft.
15.Making of picture presentations of some bestsellers for the sales team.
16.Handling and keeping records of the domestic stocks & inter-transfer of the stock given to sales team by mail.
17.Corresponding to customers of new product& their requirement.
18.To keep a record of the respective DSR- s of the sales team.
