Requirements:
- Graduate with 2+ years of sales and marketing experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must own a bike for travel
Compensation:
- 2.75 to - 4.00 LPA annual salary + bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of insurance agents
- Drive business growth and manage client relationships
- Monitor market trends and prepare sales reports
