The Job :
- Our client is looking for a young dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager who can take ownership of marketing and commercialization of cannabis products in India.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identifying attractive market opportunities while Hyper-focusing on brand building
- Developing go-to-market strategies with industry leading supply chain partners
- Launching commercial products through innovative product design and community building
- Developing and executing sales & marketing strategies across various channels like direct sales, offline events, B2B and international opportunities
- Building sales and brand decks as well as marketing collateral in collaboration with the design team
- Creating and Executing launch strategies for new products
- Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
- Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.
- Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.
- Strengthening and growing the portfolio of brands and key relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retail/e-commerce channels
- Synthesize market feedback and recommendations for brands
- Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance
- Building sales tools to increase efficiency and developing orientation programs for on-ground sales teams
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have a strong set of soft skills as well as front-line experience navigating the FMCG/Pharma industries in India.
- You share our client's vision in which patients and consumers come first, with our brands focused on delivering real impact to our customers.
- You have 2+ years of sales, brand building, and marketing experience, ideally in FMCG/Pharma/Healthcare
- You have MBA from a good college
- You have experience in launching and growing brands.
- You are self starter with strong skills in business operations and ability to work independently while managing remote teams.
- You have the ability to set targets and achieve them
- You have excellent interpersonal communication and multi-tasking skills.
- You are good at networking & ecosystem development
- Experience within Startup Experience, Employer Branding, would be a strong advantage.
