Manager - Sales & Marketing - Healthcare (1-5 yrs)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager with experience in healthcare, preferably as a Medical Representative or Healthcare Sales Professional.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to exceed targets.
- Build strong relationships with senior communities, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Organize events, workshops, and community outreach programs to promote our services.
- Collaborate with senior management on growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Client acquisition and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct field visits and establish partnerships with healthcare providers.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns.
- Enhance brand visibility through online and offline channels.
- Plan and execute events such as health camps and seminars.
Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate on sales and marketing strategies.
- Build partnerships with insurance companies and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the Navi Mumbai and Thane markets is a plus.
Preferred Candidates: Navi Mumbai or Thane residents.
