- Qualification - Any Graduate / post graduate. Preferred degree in marketing.
- Min 4-7 years of experience in Insurance Sales.
- Should be able to operate from office
- Age upto 39 years.

JOB Profile :
- Lead in the assigned area to meet business objectives as defined.
- Keeping in focus various parameters like revenue, persistency, cost efficiency in alignment with the defined legal and ethical requirements of the organisation.
MAJOR CHALLENGES FOR THE ROLE :
- Driving a balanced business growth in order to achieve the sales goals in alignment with mandated/desired market conduct and quality of business.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Planning & developing monthly, quarterly & annual business plans & accordingly fixing the business strategy for the assigned area.
- In-Depth knowledge of various insurance products.
- Responsible for new business development and to ensure consistent flow of new revenue for the company.
- Responsible for developing a sales strategy to ensure that sales targets and revenue goals are achieved.
- To ensure deliverables are met within the timeframe of all the sales process.
- Continuous interaction with all stake holders to ensure all the area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.
- Develop, maintain and nurture long term relationships with top accounts and key client decision-makers.
- Coordination with various departments and all related parties to drive closure of business.
- Mentoring and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in meeting individual & team targets on the basis of quality & quantity sales.
- Drive & deliver sales and profitability targets of the assigned region.
- Conduct periodic review of the plans to identify gaps and incorporate changes due to prevalent market conditions/business performance
- Put in place strategies to tap potential market across the assigned area
- Enhance brand awareness for future business.
- Focus on creating new customer database in the assigned area.
- Provide necessary customer service to enhance the quality of business and ensure customer delight.
- Ensure business in the assigned area is as per legal and ethical requirements of the organisation.
- Take initiative to keep abreast of developments in products & services, company policies,procedures, sales process & organization.
PERFORMANCE REVIEW STANDARD :
- Proactively ensure performance review by submitting various sales reports as per agreed frequencies in order to ensure performance targets are achieved/exceeded.
- Ensure VC meetings & personal meetings with head office reporting to review performance.
- Use these forums to discuss challenges of business development & new road map for business.
- Keep up to date with market developments by reading newspapers, journals & through
personal contacts.
