Manager - Sales & Marketing - FMCG/Pharma (7-12 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth and market expansion in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with significant experience in the FMCG or Pharma industry. This role involves developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive market penetration.

- Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and marketing campaign effectiveness to ensure goals are met and adjust strategies as needed.

- Collaborate with product development, finance, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

- Prepare and manage budgets for marketing activities and sales initiatives.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Key Skills :

- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the FMCG or Pharma industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.

- Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and budget management.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

- Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques.
