Job Description:

Role - Manager - Sales & Marketing

Experience - 3+ years

Work Mode - Remote / Work From Home

Contract Mode- Full time (12 Months contract)

Compensation - 60k to 80k + Incentives

Shift Timings - 6 PM - 3 AM

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by securing contracts with colleges and organizations, as well as promoting our product to a wider audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and marketing, with a passion for education and technology.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales :

- Identify and target potential clients, including colleges, universities, and relevant organizations.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Present and demonstrate our client's value proposition to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve company revenue goals.

Marketing:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our client's products and services.

- Create engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

- Collaborate with the product team to ensure marketing efforts align with product features and updates.

- Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the education or technology sectors.

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
