Your Role :
Digital Sales Lead - D2C and Online Marketplaces
Qualification
- BTech/MBA in marketing and 1-5 years experience of working in consumer marketing domain (perishables/FMCG)
Experience :
- 1-5 years experience in digital marketing and account management with a proven track record, working with global brands (FMCG/grocery industry and/or online FMCG retail preferred) across sales, marketing and insight functions is a plus
- Past experience in scaling up a product/brand in the D2C online space
- Experience in performance marketing across google, FB and digital marketplaces. Data analysis, creating insights, embedding learnings and executing against them

Role and Responsibilities :
- You will be in charge of the execution of Native's scale up across own website and eCommerce pure players (Amazon), Market Places (BB, Swiggy Instamart etc) and Delivery services (e.g. Zomato).
- You will help establish new business partnerships with B2B, Online Marketplaces or 3rd party delivery services, as well as manage existing key Accounts to deliver sales, volume and P/L targets. You will also be in charge of the customer acquisition for all leads generated via digital and BTL channels
You will be directly responsible for below KRAs :
- Sales
- Sales targets for digital and BTL funnel for milk subscription
- Performance marketing RoAS and sales targets across milk and value added products
- Sales targets across online marketplaces
- Marketing
- Help create adequate and impactful creatives for organic engagement and paid ads for own website, BTL activation and marketplaces to drive digital sales and brand building
- Drive content creation via SEO, Photoshoots, Reels, Video campaigns for brand building
- Work with agencies to drive brand campaigns from time to time
- Drive affiliate and influencer network to exponentially build brand awareness
- Integrate digital assets
- Blogs, apps and website to mirror all sales and marketing initiatives
- Build and implement referral and loyalty program to drive D2C engagement
