Manager - Sales & Marketing - Diesel Generator (8-15 yrs)
We are looking for a Sales Professional having experience of around 8-9 years from the Diesel Generator Industry.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sell to existing and potential direct accounts for Delhi/NCR location
- Meeting with customers to maintain relationship and discussing their requirements
- Supervise and motivate the team members to develop their skill and to ensure that the monthly sales target are met.
- Plan to achieve personal and teams target.
- Analyzing market trends and results, implementing marketing strategies to increase profit.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for areas; projecting expected sales volume and profit.
- Provide necessary support to team members for lead generation and closing new deals.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key areas
- Continually develop knowledge of the market and competition for your defined geography and accounts
- Preparation of reports, sending proposals to clients as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should be from the Diesel generator Industry
- Prior Experience in Diesel generator sales mandatory
- Should be good in Communication Skills
- Should be open to travel
- Should be a Graduate
