Job Brief :
We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager to lead our Sales function with the purpose of the company's strategic goals
Role and Responsibilities :
- Reporting to the Core team, you will lead a team of sales professionals to meet the company's customer acquisition & growth objectives. You will be responsible for:
- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
- Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
- Organising appointments and meetings with community Labs, Doctors & healthcare centers.
- Identifying and establishing new business.
- Lead generation, doctor meetings, business development & negotiating contract.
- Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining detailed records.
- Reviewing sales performance
- Good Communication Skills Intellectual Skills Team Management
- Can write emails independently, can do voice communication in English Experience 3-10 Years
