Manager - Sales & Marketing - Coworking Space (4-10 yrs)
- GoodWorks is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to handle the sales for GoodWorks coworking and managed office centres.
- The role will involve talking to channel partners/IPCs/agents to source leads and convert them into long term contracts. Few other roles are mentioned below -
1) Responsible to create innovative marketing and sales outreach programs
2) Successfully onboard new coworking/enterprise customers
3) Manage both online and offline marketing activities to increase brand awareness of GoodWorks CoWork
4) Constantly be in touch with channel partners and agents for our inventory and generate leads/ closures
5) Build an active database of customers for GoodWorks centres.
6) Responsible to attend sales enquiries and show the space to prospective clients
7) Excellent communication and people skills
8) Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
9) Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
