Manager - Sales/Marketing/Business Development - Food Testing Laboratory (1-5 yrs)

- Ensure that Team Members receive training in the skills and competencies required to complete their role
- Provide mentoring, performance management and coaching to direct reports
Overall Position Duties and Scope :
- Manage and coordinate the sales and marketing activities for the business
- Report monthly on financial targets and sales and marketing metrics
- Undertake promotional activities to provide sustainable sample flow into the operations
- Assist in the assessment of present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities
- The preparation of quotations, tenders and responses to Client queries
- The preparation of technical bulletins and marketing literature
- Actively maintain industry and competitor knowledge
- Building a profile and gaining credibility in the F&P sector as an representative
- Adhere to the requirements of the brand
- Coordinate the pricing model for the business in consultation with other managers
- The submission of a monthly report covering items relevant to sales and marketing activities
- Any other items as deemed appropriate by the Management Team
- Experience : We can look for min 6 Months - 3 years Sales experience.
- Monthly target would be around 10 - 12 Lakhs
