Job Description :
- Represent the company and drive strategies to increase brand awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits/calls, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the brands marketing and sales goals.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales quotas and goals are met.
- Demonstrate the ability to influence, meet, and exceed marketing and sales targets as well as the brands overall targets set by the business.
- Coaching and subordinate involvement
- Self-motivated yet customer-focused
