Manager - Sales & Marketing - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and manage our agency force in driving sales growth, expanding our distribution network, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute agency channel strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our distribution network
- Self recruit team, manage, and motivate a team of agency leaders and agents to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with key agency partners and stakeholders
- Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand our distribution network
- Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance agency leaders' and agents' sales and leadership skills
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements :
- Graduation + any field sales and marketing experience
- Field Job + Local candidate required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
