Sales Marketing Manager
- We are looking for a person who is responsible for leading their team of professionals who are involved in the sales and marketing activities of the company. They track market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans, and maintain customer relations.
Responsibilities for sales and marketing :
- Develop a new customer base in the market.
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
- Recruitment and development of grade advisors.
- Create leads in the market from your own source.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Generate leads and cold-call prospective customers.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 2+ Years experience in Field Sales and marketing or BFSI
Age : 21 to 37 years
- Candidate must be local to the Areas Mentioned
- Person with a Positive attitude who can handle the situation positively
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
