Manager - Sales & Marketing - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Sales and Marketing Manager
- Sales and Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
- Contribute to the execution of marketing strategies
- Support your team in overseeing the department's operations and sales work
- Schedule and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness with your team
- Plan publicity and promotional drives for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.)
- See all experiences through to completion and evaluate their success and share with your new customers
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
Requirements and skills :
- Proven experience in sales and marketing of 2 + Years in any Field
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
- Graduation in any stream
