Roles and Responsibilities
- Training sales representatives within the territory on sales techniques and company products
- Addressing customer concerns, providing solutions, and presenting products and services
- Monitoring competition within the assigned region
- Preparing and submitting reports to the Sales Director
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Managing primary, secondary, and tertiary sales
- CTC Upto : 4 LPA + On Roll Job + Other Benefits
Desired Candidate :
- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
