Job Title: B2B Sales Manager - Marble Industry

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our team in the marble industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales, particularly within the construction or interior design sectors. As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, architects, designers, and contractors to drive sales of our premium marble products.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.

- Generate leads and initiate contact with key decision-makers within target companies.

Consultative Selling:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and preferences.

- Recommend suitable marble products based on client specifications, budget, and project scope.

- Provide product samples, catalogs, and technical information to educate clients and facilitate decision-making.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals while meeting client needs and company objectives.

- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or interior design industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse clientele.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
