Job Summary:
Generate business and deliver business objectives for assigned Countries - directly and through a team of sales associates. Initially to work independently.
B. Key Result Areas :
- To deliver on the assigned budget for the area/vertical.
- Building a strong and relevant prospect pipeline.
- Ensure all sales processes are implemented in the region.
- Build the business in the region to create a strong team over period.
- Be accountable to developing an active and result oriented team of distributors.
C. Key Activities
- To prospect and deliver personal target for the quarter and for the year.
- Train and support the team to meet their targets through joint visits, regular reviews and helping them close wherever needed.
- Negotiate with customers on techno-commercials, balancing organizational objectives and customer satisfaction.
- To be aware of market developments. Track competition and pass information to HO on regular basis.
- To participate in exhibitions/trade shows in the region and proactively register for speaker slots and stalls.
- To devise innovative methods to maximize the awareness of our solutions in the region.
- Support the sales and technical teams by providing on ground resolution to customer queries.
- Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments, different product applications and monitoring market trends.
