Manager - Sales - LV Switchgear (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Responsible for generating new business by adding various customers from the segments of Infrastructure, Projects OEM, Utility, etc.
2. Develop a new distribution base in your defined region.
- Arrange the distribution meeting to formulate the uniform selling price in the market and coordinate the dealer sales conferences and the stockist meeting to enhance revenue generation. Also, support the distributors for new customer developments.
3. Give the product & commercial training and presentation training to the sales team down the line in your region. Also, develop the people working under the major distributors.
4. Responsible for Strategy formulation & Business Development, arranging seminars, Exhibitions, and Marketing activities in different country areas as per requirement.
- Give the market feedback to the marketing team to develop new products in case of a life cycle or repeated sales volumes in bulk.
5. Responsible for achievement of assigned Annual business.
6. Responsible for the payment collections in your defined region.
7. Formulate the strategy for sales growth in the region and share it with the management to get the maximum output in terms of revenues.
8. Cooperative Behaviour & Participation "Cooperate with all the people in the organization to achieve the desired goals because middle managers work with both top-level managers and first-level managers, So Cooperative behavior is mandated to be maintained.
