Manager - Sales - Luxury Watch (6-10 yrs)
Looking for a Manager- VIP Sales for the Largest Authorized Luxury Watch Retailer in India.
Job Purpose : This position is responsible for nurturing client relationships through continuous client engagement with high-net-worth customers by providing them exceptional individualised customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Achieve Sales targets
a. Achievement of sales targets with key focus on HB sales and non-Rolex sales across Bangalore, as per budget
b. Responsible for building and managing relations with high-net-worth individuals
c. Regular reporting of KPI's - leads, meetings, and sales
d. Ensure compliance as per company SOP
2. Expand company customer base
a. Expand the base of VIP customers though personal networking
b. Capture customer data - profession, hobbies, interests
c. Organize in-store and off-site events
d. Visiting customers place and inviting them to store
e. Form collaborations and partnerships with relevant brands/influencers/socialites that builds new customers for the company
Personality Attributes :
a. Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
b. Must be energetic, proactive and goal oriented.
c. Must have high standards of personal grooming and have a friendly manner
d. Must have a strong sense of discipline
e. Detailed knowledge of brands and keep abreast with latest happenings in watch industry
f. In-depth knowledge of watches, be capable of explaining working and functions of each watch being sold including movements
g. It's an individual contributor role so the person needs to be hands on.
Academic Profile: Graduate qualification is mandatory.
Experience Profile :
a. 6 to 10 years of experience
b. Industry Preferred- Luxury real estate, Luxury Car sales, Banks, Jewellery, Luxury Retail
c. Relevant experience in identifying business potential, experience of hosting events, Networking Skills, High End product/customer Segments.
