Job Summary :

As the Sales Manager for our luxury furniture brand, you will lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and uphold the brand's reputation for exceptional quality and service. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the team meets ambitious sales targets. Your leadership and strategic vision will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

2) Sales Strategy : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase sales of luxury furniture products.

3) Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and interior designers to understand their needs and preferences.

4) Product Knowledge : Demonstrate expert knowledge of our luxury furniture collections and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and craftsmanship to clients.

5) Sales Performance Analysis : Analyze sales data, trends, and metrics to develop actionable insights and adjust sales strategies as needed.

6) Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats.

7) Budget Management : Manage sales budgets, expenses, and forecasts to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.

8) Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to align sales strategies with brand initiatives and product launches.
