About the Job :
- The primary responsibility of the role is to drive revenue from a set of accounts in Retail, Ecommerce, Transport & Logistics (RETL) within a territory of Maharashtra & surrounding states. The role involves aligning the deep understanding of the customer's use case with the technology teams within BCI to come up with solutions against every use case. Solutions involve bringing together BCI's software, hardware, automation and services portfolio. Thus, the role requires a great ability for internal and external stakeholder management, working in complex customer environments, and being involved in long sales cycles to be able to deliver high value solutions.
What are we looking for in the Ideal Candidate ?
- A very sound understanding of the Retail and or ecommerce process across the supply chain from manufacturing to POS including complex warehouse operation.
- Should be able to leverage existing relationships.
- We can consider the candidate from AIDC Background as well.
- Must have relative experience of consulting, selling and upselling software & automation-based solutions within the RETL vertical. Experience of selling warehouse WMS, automation solution is desirable
- Being able to plan one's business, accurately forecast and deliver on commitments.
- The candidate should have the experience of managing large accounts and the ability to create new accounts
- To Engage in end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with pre-sales for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, execution and collecting payments. Should have independently generated business of multi Cr YoY.
- Prepare sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the sales against these goals; adjust sales strategies to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
- Deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and external pressures that may impact customer buying decisions.
