Manager - Sales - Logistics (3-6 yrs)
Company Profile: Our client is a newly set up Logistics organisation (Division of a Global MNC Fleet Management & Logistics group - one of the world's largest & most prestigious organizations). The new organisation is expected to deliver substantial customer benefits on the back on a high-end technolog. 1. Sales Managers (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata): will be travelling oriented role with core skills being selling logistics products
KRAs: Will be expected to:
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Understand customer needs and market potential, and set direction, strategies and plans to expand market and realize market potential
- Work with all levels of customer management, developing long-term positive customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction
- Develop annual product sales forecast in consultation with marketing and operations function
- Change Leadership - demonstrate ability to lead change, look at innovative business models to deliver value to customers
- Evaluate market trends & gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
Candidate Profile: Graduates / MBAs with 3-6 years experience in B2B sales in logistics sector
- Ability to design and effectively implement both short-term and long-term sales strategies
- Knowledge about relevant industry and region
- Proven experience in cross-selling, and competence in various sales activities
- Strong analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent motivational and supervisory skills
- Ability to be flexible and to multitas
- Result oriented and driven
