Manager - Sales - Loan Sector (1-4 yrs)
Experience : Mini. 1+ experience required in BFSI sales and marketing (Sales/Sales Officer in Banking/Financial Services/Insurance - mandatory )
Home loan/Mortgage Loan/Loan against Property selling experience highly preferred.
CTC : 2.00 to 3.20 LPA + Incentive + other benefits (depend on location)
Age : 21 to 38 years
Qualification : Graduation is Compulsory
Job Description:
- Manage and lead the sales team for home loans and LAP.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to stimulate sales growth.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
