Manager - Sales - Loan Against Credit Receivables (4-5 yrs)

Job Description:
- Planning, driving & reviewing the installation of POS machine along with Loan against Card Receivables (Unsecure Loan) across all the DSA and through a team of Acquisition managers.
- Drive targets across relationships for region to drive strategies.
- Achieving regional sales target by strategic business development; prepare & complete action plans
- Drive &achieve the specified targets on Merchant Acquisition in terms of POS machine installations and cross sell of products such as Auto Loans, Business Loans, Loan against Property, Home Loans etc. with the primary objective of revenue generation for the channel.
- Monitor outsourced teams productivity and performance and initiate course corrective measures wherever required.
- Liase with the vendor to ensure that merchant POS application forms are processed within TAT.
- Ensure compliance with existing processes relating to updation of merchant information on a timely basis, settlement of contact center bills etc.
- Engage with existing merchants for activation of relationship, higher penetration in business volume & liability generation.
- Provide inputs to process team with clear deviation and delegation matrices and other requirements of the team. Support incremental liability generation through POS linked.
