Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Loan Sales Manager to lead our home loan division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the field of home loans or mortgage lending. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive home loan sales, build and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve home loan sales targets and business objectives.

- Identify potential clients and cultivate relationships with individuals, real estate agents, builders, and other stakeholders in the housing industry.

- Guide clients through the home loan application process, providing them with personalized assistance and expert advice.

- Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine clients' eligibility for home loans and recommend suitable loan options.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and loan processors, to facilitate the timely processing and approval of home loan applications.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the home loan industry.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the home buying process, from initial inquiry to loan closing.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and loan transactions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- 4-8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on home loans, mortgage lending, or related financial products.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the home loan industry.

- Strong understanding of home loan products, mortgage lending processes, and relevant regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel as required.
