Manager - Sales - Loan (4-7 yrs)
We are hiring for the housing Finance sector NBFC/HFC
Position:- Sales Manager- NBFC/HFC
Location:- Gujarat, Maharashtra, Delhi
Education:- Any Graduate
CTC:- Up to 5 LPA
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall sales and cross-sell targets through building and development of the internal team and external channels
2. Implement and engage in-branch promotion activities for establishing the brand and increasing market coverage
3. Ability to hire and build DST team and provide support to HR in the hiring process
4. Ensure DST and channel partners (connector) development through the right training initiatives
Candidate Profile Requirement:
Age: 25 to 35
For DST Channel:
Experience:- 4 to 7 years of experience in sales in HFC/NBFC
- Min.1 year of experience in Team handling in affordable /mass affluent segment- for DST channel
For DSA Channel:-
Experience:- 4 to 7 years of experience in sales in HFC/NBFC
- Min. 2 years of handling DSA channel
Stability:- At least 2 to 3 years in any one firm
