Manager - Sales - Loan (0-11 yrs)
We are hiring for the profile of Sales Manager for Home Loan for Bangalore location.
The candidate will be responsible for :
1. To drive the sales result by both Home Loan and LAP through direct outreach of potential customers and DSA.
2. Responsible for the End-to-End process. (login, sanction, LAN generation, and disbursement of case).
3. Currently working in both the Home loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) category with half of the business by affordable segments.
4. Promptly resolves all customer requests, questions, and complaints.
5. Responsible for the Lend-to-Collect process with a very good Portfolio history of up to 92.70% on my sales from the beginning.
6. Ensure personal adherence to company policy protocols.
7. Established relationships with customers and DSA for long-term business growth.
8. Work with the sales team and supporting them to achieve their targets.
