Manager - Sales - Life Sciences Segment (8-10 yrs)
- Execute sustainable BU strategy and deliver accelerated profitable growth
- Sales, including Technical Marketing, KAM and Business Excellence
- New/Replacement : New Position
- Reporting to : President - Life Sciences
- Location: Mumbai
- Compensation & Benefits : Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Eligibility :
- Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably BSc/ MSc. Chemistry: Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in Marketing preferred
- 8 to 10 years of Sales experience in the Specialty Chemicals industry serving customers in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Good networking within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Exposure to regulatory business aspects such as VQ (Vendor Questioners), Certifications, Declarations, NDA- s,(Non-disclosure Agreements) and related documentation, at business inception to commercialization.
- Experience in Distribution Company and exposure to selling raw materials to the Pharmaceutical and Agro Chemical Industry would be of great advantage.
- Fluent in business English
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Growth strategy: Implement sales & marketing strategy and deliver sales & margin budget and growth
- To rigorously pursue and develop customers in the Pharmaceutical, Agro and Contract
- Research & Manufacturing (CRAM- s) domain for the Company's range of products.
- Meet budget objectives by managing Customer-Product mix and Margins
- Ensure timely collection of Receivables and business documents
- Build strong business relationships with customers
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Continuously capture market intelligence & monitor the new customer trends/activities.
- Generate daily reports/ Market visit reports and daily briefing of activities
- Delivering on promise made to customers and other stakeholders
