Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (4-5 yrs)
- We are searching for highly driven individuals with a background in sales who can collaborate with others and work outside the office.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Include monitoring sales goals and providing updates as needed.

- Realize your goal with the help of your team.
- Find and employ the top advisors if you want to build a solid advisor foundation.
- Assembling the team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their personal and professional networks is the responsibility of the Sales Manager team. When cross-selling insurance, follow the Need-Based Selling Model and use it.
- Pay close attention to overseeing the sales force, geographic expansion, and spread management.

Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum of 4+ years of sales and marketing experience
- Must have graduated
- Candidate from the area; Age : 21 to 38; CTC : 2.70 to 3.15 LPA
