Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (3-8 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Sales & marketing of Life insurance 60% and General Insurance 40%
- Meet potential clients to expand their customer base and ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis
- He should have expertise, skills & knowledge of Insurance Company's Products to serve valuable clients with the needs.
- Co-ordinate with the Branches, understanding client requirements and providing quotation for the closure.
- Experience in Insurance Industry(Preferred working with Insurance Broker)
- Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that is made to the customer
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis
- Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.
- Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager.
- Take responsibility for scanning the market for emerging opportunities, the presence of competition etc and plans for the progress.
- 40% Travelling Pan India
Skills Required
- Life insurance sales agents have to be confident, hardworking and enthusiastic.
- Agents must have tremendous interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with customers on the phone and in-person.
- Life insurance sales agents need to manage their time well and be sensitive to any client needs.
- Having computer skills allows sales agents to stay organized and keep client information readily available.
