Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-9 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Managers in for India's Leading Life Insurance Company.
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships to develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as potential clients, to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and market share
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to execute business strategies
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as sales revenue, customer acquisition costs, and customer retention rates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices
Desired Candidates Profile :
- Any Graduation/Post Graduation
- Mini. 2 to 8 Years of experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any domain
- Strong Communication and Presentations Skills
- Ability to teach and coach team members
- Effective problem-solving Skills
