Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-6 yrs)
- The sales Representative is responsible for providing life insurance sales and customer service to clients in a bank's retail locations. This role is essential for helping clients understand their options and assisting them in making decisions that are financially advantageous.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective life insurance sales plans
- Educate customers on the various insurance options available and the benefits of each
- Reach out to potential customers and cultivate relationships with existing clients
- Analyze customers- financial needs and recommend suitable insurance policies
- Answer customer questions regarding insurance policies
- Collect customer information and maintain records according to company policy
- Meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- Should be graduated or above
- At least two years of experience in sales or insurance sales
- Proficient with computers and customer service software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to assess customers- needs accurately and recommend appropriate policies
- Knowledge of state and federal laws governing life insurance policies
