Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- As a Sales Executive at Life Insurance company, your primary responsibility is to sell life insurance products to potential customers.
Your duties and responsibilities include :
- You will be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- You will be expected to schedule appointments with potential customers and meet with them to understand their insurance needs.
- You will be required to explain the features and benefits of various life insurance products offered by the company
- You will be expected to provide excellent customer service by addressing any post-sales queries or concerns that customers may have.
- You will be given specific sales targets and will be expected to meet or exceed them on a regular basis.
Qualifications :
- Min graduation in any stream.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in field sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
