Responsibilities :
- Sell life insurance policies.
- Assess client needs and recommend policies.
- Provide ongoing client support.
- Lead and manage a team of agents.
- Set sales targets and provide guidance.
- Ensure compliance and agency growth.
- Evaluate client risk profiles.
- Determine policy terms and premiums.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- CTC upto 4 LPA
