Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The Life Insurance Agent is responsible for selling life insurance policies to clients through the agency channel. The agent will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and servicing life insurance policies, as well as building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate leads to build a client base.
- Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and recommend policies.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients.
- Complete applications and necessary paperwork to finalize policy sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy sales.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure clients receive appropriate coverage.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
