Birla Sun Life Insurance Hiring Sales Manager.
Job Profile:
1) Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
2) Training the team on Industry standards with the support of training department of Birla Sun Life to make sure the team is fully equipped to sell Birla Sun Life Insurance products in the market.
3) Guiding the team to sell the products in the market.
4) Team Management and reporting of business and team activities to seniors on daily basis.
5) Field calls and visits with team.
6) Target setting and achieving targets on monthly and annual basis.
