Roles And Responsibility :
- Meeting potential customers with the channel sales team to sell insurance solutions.
- Establishing a strong working relationship with the sales team of the channel partners (Bank/NBFC/MFI/Broker).
- Giving pre- and post-sales support (such as claim settlement);
- Ensuring the quality of the business and persistence (such as premium renewals);
- Enabling the channel sales team to use the most up-to-date digital platforms.
- Keeping thorough records of sales and agency operations.
Candidate Profile :
- Education : Graduate
- Experience : Sales experience of 2 years and 1 year of BFSI
- Age : Between 21 to 38 years
- One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills and a go getter attitude
- One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets
